她荣获了众多奖项，包括二十世纪的奖项。1984年，她获得了北京市中青年演员调演·青年优秀表演奖；1987年，她分别在首都中青年京剧演员“振兴杯”电视大赛和全国青年京剧演员电视大赛中获得十优演员称号；1988年，她赢得了全国新剧目汇演·优秀青年演员奖；1989年，她连续获得“为七五建设出成果作贡献”·突出贡献奖、新创剧目演出·优秀表演奖以及第一届中国艺术节·优秀表 演奖；1990年，她在第二届中国艺术节上再次获得优秀表 演奖；1992年，她被提名为梅兰芳金奖大赛的提名奖，并且在全国青年团队新剧目汇 演上荣获优秀 表现 奖 ；1994年，she won the 11th China Drama Plum Blossom Award; in 1995, she received the "Three-Eighth Red Flag Medal" and the first "Golden Hibiscus" Award for her outstanding performance in《黄荆树》; in 1999, she won the Beijing City New Play Tuning Activity · Excellent Performance Award; in 2000, she was awarded as an outstanding expert by the Ministry of Culture and enjoyed a special subsidy from the State Council. In addition, she was honored with the title of "De Artis Double Delicacy" by China Writers Association.
In terms of awards given in this century, she has received numerous accolades. In 2001, she won honors at both the National Youth Opera Television Competition and the Third Chinese Peking Opera Festival/Second Minority Arts Festival; that same year, her performance earned her a gold medal at Second Chinese Peking Opera Festival/Second Minority Arts Festival for 《蔡文姬》. The following year (2002), she claimed top prize at Shanghai's White Magnolia Awards' Fourteenth Edition for Best Actress. Finally (in 2009), her work secured an Annual Drama Best Female Performer award at China's Huading Awards' Third Edition.
Her extensive repertoire includes traditional works such as 《六月雪》(as 窦娥)、《桑园会》(as 罗敷)、《香罗帕》(as 蕊芝)、《玉堂春》(as 苏三)、《法门寺》(as 宋巧姣）、、《汾河湾》（饰柳迎春）、、《凤还巢》（饰程雪娥）、、《四进士》（饰杨素贞）、、《奇双会》（饰李桂芝）and so on. As well as modern creations like 《下鲁城》，wherein played 吕雉、蔡文姬（played 蔡文姬），and 沙家浜（played 阿庆嫂）。
She also appeared in television series such as 凤还巢（played 程雪娥）,怜香伴(played 崔笺云)珠帘寨(played 刘银屏)_,桑园救子(played 金氏)，and many more roles showcasing her talent and versatility across various genres including drama, comedy, romance and historical fiction.
